New features for FM 2012?

Yes I know that we just got FM 2011 Demo. But there is a certain feature I'd like to see for a couple of years now, and it's still not there.

I want the option to assign a scout on a shortlist to go through all players on it, and come up with scout reports.

Do you have any requests?

If not done on fm11 I would like to see manager buying styles fitted in, e.g. arsene wennger=youngster in general

I would like if when you are addidng manager you could do history as footballer and it would be also nice if you could add language for him like and when Im polish manager I would speak polish,english and german but i dont speak german at all but i do speak little bit of french.

The manager styles was already in FM2010. It might not show as much but if you go to the data editor was edit a manager you have the option to give him certain tendencies.

I would like the option to buy a young player ie 17,18,19 that is playing first team football for his club and have the option to loan the player back to the club you are buying from. That way they can still get first team experience but you own the player.

You could just do the deal and set it that the player will join at the end of the season.

I want the option to disable regens when starting a game, even if I'd have to play only up to 2030.

As a friend suggested and I agree... it would be nice to have the option in training to assign a player focus on excessive strength enhancement, even it means risking the technical attributes to drop.

I think it would be nice if you could disable regens.

1.remake from zero the youth system. just like in fifa manager, or something similar.

how about a dressing room managers aggresive throw things at players button lol or maybe a more personal managers profile that lets you have a family, hobbies etc and then have it all linked to the media so like you sometimes get asked questions about other things then football. Could do with an option allowing you to be a player manager also(I dont mean to actually play arcade style but make you the manager a player like the others) Should have a staff recruiment option for other staff like groundsmen and the people who look after the state of the facilities etc.

I would like also to add more than just 1 club like and to add personal staff like you could add that you like your assisstant or somthing.
