A good start all things considered. The Tromso game was a massive six-pointer and there's plenty more of those with games against both Mjondalen and Ranheim approaching.

Pretty good start that, with plenty of exciting football on display. Hope you can take that form into the next games and build up some credit for yourself!

FK Haugesund gets a nice win at Brann

In the Eliteserien FK Haugesund had a deserved win at SK Brann in Matchay 16. Modibo Sidibé who made his debut and who scored 2 goals, showed a lot of good things, hopefully we can see more of this in the next game.

Haugesund went into half-time with a 0-2 lead. It was a game where the referee had his hands full with all the faults. He decides to pull cards very quickly. In the 72th minute Wadji got his second yellow card of the evening and 5 minutes before the final whistle Daouda Bamba of Brann scored the 1 - 2 cause of a fail of the GK and made the slot very exiting to watch. Haugesund kept focused at the end and secured the 1-2.

Pokou N'Guesssan signs for FK Haugesund

The 20-year old Ivorian Right/Left winger comes over from ASEC Mimosas for a fee of 170k + 25%. He signs till 2024. Clubs like Al-Hilal, Kortrijk and FC Paris showed a interest too but Haugesund played it faster.

The young talent who came on Robin his radar thanks to Van Holsbeeck. Pokou can play on both wings what is interesting knowing Kallevag (our LW starter/no contract extension) leaves at the end of the season and having no alternative for this position he hopefully can adapt and impress directly. The Ivorian joins at 1 august when the Norweigan transfer market opens.

Michael Folorunsho & Emile Tendeng sign for FK Haugesund

22yr-old Nigerian and 28yr-old Senegalese midfielders signed for FK Haugesund this morning. Michael Folorunsho who comes over from Napoli and plays as a Central Midfielder, Emile Tendeng is a Left Winger who comes over from FC Ilves in Finland.

Michael was loaned out previous season to 3th division Italian-club AS Bari, he didn't start one game and only was subbed on 12 games with an 6.54 average and scored one goal. He was very emotional when he arrived Norway, we don't know if it's cause of the weather or because he'll miss the Italian pizza's, Haugesund is well-known for the fresh fish so it won't be a big problem for him finding good food.

Someone with a different profile is Emile Tedeng, who is a Left Winger, well known for his flair and dribbles, had a 2 great seasons at FC Ilves, even his team finished 9th and this season currently on the 8th place, Tendeng was chosed as Player of The Year in Finland in 2019 and this season he got an 7.43 average rating. He comes over for 170k, a relatively low fee cause his contract end at the end of 2020 and he wasn't interested to extend it.

Both players join at 1/8/2020 and sign for 4 years.

Transfer OUT
Sadly enough Fredrik Knudsen left the team, he despretaly want to leave and we agreed a bid of 625k of St. Pauli. We wish him the best in his further career. De Tremmerie will try Benjamin Karamoko on the CB before looking for an alternative.

ScottT: Yeah it helped a lot that we don't play against the top in the first games. Although a nice win against SK Brann.

Zed: Indeed! I'm happy that I finally found a steady club
Superb win against Brann! Some good signings as well by the looks of things.

Small victory for Haugesund after a boring 2nd half

There was not much to see at Mjondalen where Haugesund came to visit. An easy win without saying more.

First lose for FK Haugesund under De Tremmerie

After a near win against Mjondalen, Haugesund didn't learn about the lack of concentration what they paid now in points. The strikers of Haugesund missed precision and even with a very offensive formation 4-2-2-2

Big win at home for Haugesund against IK Start

FK Haugesund secured a win at home against IK Start in the 18th of the Eliteserien. De Tremmerie clearly got his man back on track and quick 2 - 0 after 15 minutes was a logical entourage.

As for now you can follow my main story again, we put Robin De Tremmerie in the freezer for now.

Jack & ScottT: We're doing great guys! If you see at the league table you see there less points between relegation and Europe
The table reads a lot better now opposed to when Robin first took charge.

Just caught up with your progress - great work at all the places even though you didn't stay for a long period.

So sorry for your Anderlecht story - it was going so well.

Very tight league table that, but you seem in decent form so that means you can easily get into the Europa League running if that form continues!

We need to photoshop this head over Trump photos too.. might make it a little smaller ;)
