Hi all,

After 3 and a half successfully seasons with club management, i started to manage national teams. A quick summary:

1. Russia
2. Holland
3. England

At various stages i won competitions and had great results.

I found that negotiations for national team contracts were very disappointing and almost non-existent. Has anyone else felt let-down by an area that could have been made more exciting?

In general i found club contract negotiations to be boring and a massive let-down. The flexibility for negotiations is almost zero. At national level it is zero!

Also some of the games negative points are strongly connected to interviews as well. I was very successful at Man United, was excellent with handling financial budgets and spendings etc... then while the Manage for Holland, Manchester City approached me for a job interview.

I went to it and it was easy to see the game does not tailor job interviews based on your standing \ history within the game.
I was asked if handling a big budget would be hard for me.....really!!!??

I would love to know if anyone else has felt the same frustration \ dis-appointment ?

Cheers - H e n d y
