Everton stadium FM 2020

Anyone know how this pans out?
I'm into season 2024 and still it's down as planning permission and the cost but nothin about building it or moving in time.
Also no options to ask the board about it.

Built in 2026 in my save

I'm in the 23-24 season on my save and if it does get built at some point I'll get back to you
