Purchased License = Doesn't Work

Hi,

I've just paid for a license to MacAssistant20 to edit finances etc, and it doesnt work. It doesnt update when clicking on the save icon?

Is this a common fault or something I'm doing wrong?

Starting to think I've been stupid by wasting this money..

Well, any ideas how long this would be?

If its a known issue not sure why the licences are still being sold despite knowing it doesnt work.

Are we able to get refunds then?

Yep. Still doesnt work a fair few weeks later. Waste of money and doesnt seem to be any movement going forward. How do I get a refund? Thanks
