Does anyone have a good tactic and formation for my Valencia team which creates a lot of goals and possession? Preferably a tactic which gives a lot of goals for my wingers. All tactics out there is high speed counter football.
I normally run a 4-2-3-1 Wide
CB - BPD sto and BPD cov
FB - FB att - cross to near post, shoot less often
CM - AP att and CM supp - AP take more risks and more direct, CM stick to position, less risk and shorter pasing
AP - AM att - more direct passing, take risks
Wing - IW sup and W sup (depends if you have a good winger who cuts in eg Rashford or Guedes for Valencia) - I have my W on more risks and crossing more from byline and IW take more risks and get forward
ST - AF att - get forward whenever possible (need someone who likes to break the line)
Slightly shorter passing with slightly higher tempo
Play through middle
pass into space
Regoup in transition
Counter attack
Defend narrow
Standard line
Extremely high/ high line of engagement
get stuck in
