Cant Import Schedules

Hi everyone ive recently started to play fm20 when it came out with xbox game pass. I cant seem to be able to import schedules for training when i click on custom schedules i can not see a get more tab, this is really infuriating because i wanna see my players progress better with schedules that youtubers and veteran of the game uses.
