i wait for new key 1 month

Hi i buy genie scout March but i reinstall computer and send email to Eugen for new key nobody replies whos can help

Just to be sure, Eugene's correct email address is genie @ fmscout.com (no spaces).

During the summer he was away on holiday for some time, and I know recently he had been busy with the Footbe betting app. So there's a chance he might have missed an email.

He's the only one who can generate keys, so I suggest resending him an email. In the meantime, send me a private message with your email address and I'll remind him about it.

He had told me he replied to you, so I considered the situation sorted.

He mentioned that your email provider doesn’t let his email containing the key to go through. And he will need an alternative email in such case to resend you the key.
