Loading GUI Freeze

Hi All,

I have been using a rolled back version for a while due to this issue but when I update to the latest version, the Scout doesn't load and gets stuck on "Loading GUI Data". I have tried fresh installs, however the latest download just doesn't work for me.

Anyone have a fix?

Managed to fix. Apparently my Anti-Virus was questioning it......
