Fm Graphics not working

My Fm20 Logos,faces and others are not working. The only thing that works is skins. I tick the cache reload and then reload the skin and the faces, logos, kits, stadium superpacks don't come up at all. It's been doing this ever since I switched to pc. On mac it was working fine. When i switched to pc, I redownloaded all the former graphics I had, but they don't work at all. Can someone please help. I just don't feel like i get the same experience without all these addons

is it possible you copy the files to the wrong direction?

nope, they're all in the graphics folder

I have the same problem . Any solution?
