Need some advice

Hey guys, hope you’re FM21 as much as I am. I’m currently on my first save with Manchester United and it’s going really well. Playing a 4231, destroying teams like Chelsea, Spurs, City and other big clubs in the UCL. BUT, I really can’t handle Arsenal and other teams playing a 32221 (wingers). What are you guys suggesting? How do you play against formations like that? Much appreciated
