So I really only use one tactic, and by the time I've reached the middle of my first season, my team has full familiarity with all aspects of that tactic. I'd like to reduce the Match Preparation Workload so that my players use more of their energy toward training.

I've tried to slide the "Workload" Bar in the Match Preparation screen from "Average" to "Very Low." But when I click out of the screen, then go back to the Match Prep screen, the Workload is back to Average.

I feel like this is a really stupid question, but how do I keep my match prep at something other than "Average."

Thanks
Thats an odd one ill have to check out that problem.
I change mine from low to very low and after few days it stays the same.
Did you make sure you don't have your Assistant Manager responsible for match preparation training?
i think its time for a new game now that i have more knowledge regarding the training i dont think i quiet got the training right lol
