Dynamic League Question

I realize that this new feature will allow the league reputation to change.

but earlier posts dont answer some questions i have:

1)does the "league standard" of the nation also change if the teams in the league do well? (according to editor, league rep and standard are different)

2) also does the reputation of the lower tier leagues go up if the top tier league rep increase? (e.g. if teams in Belgian proleague do well in Champions league, does this affect the rep. of belgian second league)

3) also does the reputation of the domestic cups change? (if belgian proleague rep becomes similar to EPL, will belgian cup rep become similar to FA cup?)

Played 1 season so far and at the end of the season there was a screen kinda like the coefficients screen that showed the order of leagues and cups by reputation and how much they had increased/decreased in the last year.

1)I would expect so yes, I would expect a leagues rep to change based on the teams performances in European competitions and the reputation of players brought into the league

2) and 3) Yes, in my game I noticed Scottish Prem dropped 11th places and the Scot FA and League Cup also dropped along with Div 1. Another example is rep increased in all the Dutch competetions.
