CFA-Can't play

I wanted to ask why you can't play in CFA(4th French league tier)? Because after I finish my current story I would like to get back to team which come close to my heart which is CS Louhans Cuiseaux. In FM2010 I spend the greatest seasons in my FM carear but unfortunatly last season(09/10) they have been relogated into CFA and I can't starte with them.

I know that the CFA has teams in that are "reserve" teams of the bigger clubs which could lead to some complications with promotion. If your skilled with editor, you could activate it or try and find if someone else has uploaded it just give it a google search.
