FK Baník Sokolov custom kit and badge request

Could someone please make me a custom kit and badge for my FK Baník Sokolov save?
Here is, what i want from you:

DESIGN - something like Bayern München home kit, It also should remind of Coal mining
COLOURS - Main - Yellow, Secondary - Black

AWAY:
DESIGN - The same like the home kit, just change the colours
COLOURS - Main - Dark Green, Secondary - Black

THIRD:
DESIGN - Something, that would remind of MOLcup (Czech Cup), which I've won many times in a row in my save (https://www.stes.cz/files/web_article/117-53yk7397b2g40-piag0o.png), but please, don't put the logo on the kit
