I played as Inter Milan in Italian Serie A, but during my Champions League run I notice a possible bug in the game.
It's happened in all 2 leg matches, from the 1st knockout round until semifinals. As the competition rules stated, we are allowed to name 12 substitutes and use max 5 substitutions + 1 Extra Time substitution.
But I found that the rules are only works in the 1st leg, every 2nd leg will revert to old rules which allow to name only 7 substitutes and max 3 substitutions. This doesn't happen in Group stages and Final.
I just finished my 1st season, if that's help.
