Been away a while

Hi all not played FM for about 6 years (family,work and other commitments) but now have time so taken the plunge and bought FM21.
What are the big differences I’ll come across,and also which guides,tips and tricks should I look at on here to help me back into the game.
I know things have changed since my last FM gaming so any help would be really appreciated.

i was away too for that long, not much have changed, for ur understanding of the game just go to fm base and download the best tested tactics, also watch foxinthebox youtuber, he helped a lot to see the game in another way!!!
