Update for missing U16 players?

Hi, I wonder if there's an update for the U16 players that are not brought in the game. Players like Moukouko and Stroeykens are not in the game.

Sports Interactive said they need U16 players parents to aprove that they can be in the game at their young age i think. If they get that they surely will update the db with the missing players. Till there u can get custom data bases which include those players, atleast Moukouko has one on steam if im not wrong.

Moukouko is not there because of legal reasons (age).
