why is my xml file not working

Hi guys

Can anybody help me with a problem I am having with facepack xml. I have used fm guru to make them but still not working? the first file is with underscore because I thought that the file names could not be with spaces but that did not work either? Any ideas?

i havent installed FM yet as i still havent received my copy, but once i get mine then i will give it a try and help.
