FM21 Very easy

Hi, I have played FM21 for a while now and I find it extremely easy. Got an average team twice from different leagues and without any changes at all I won the title both times pretty much unchallenged.

The most boring game I have ever played if I am honest. I am going to quit probably. It's a shame because all the features look so realistic but the level of difficulty makes it completely unrealistic!!

Any other sports management games in the market?

Very easy? with League you choose and with team? second if you use tactics from websites is normal try win something in Europe when you choose very bad team from Denmark, Sweden from 2-3 League level then we talk ok?

what was your managerial traits/experience you picked in the star of the game? Lower them and you will see the challange.

Well I know if I chose a 3rd tier team I will not win the CL, but that's not the point. Winning the PL with Arsenal from Season 1 with no extra transfers and with no imported tactics or whatever is still not resembling real life. With this level of team you should be fighting for Top-4 at the very best. Winning the league immediately is out of the question.

Well I did that. I started as inexperienced, but I think this is only affecting how quickly you get players' trust.

I've tried my own testing and there is some truth to this.

I set a 30 team non league division in England, all my players were 14 years old, with a current ability of 1 and a potential of 149, Ambition set at 1, and professionalism at 10. By the end of the season most players had got between 17 to 26 current ability, and we finished 15th on holiday mode.

The issue as I see it is using a very attacking formation gives you a huge advantage. Playing 4-2-4 I even managed to beat one team 8-1 away from home, though I took a few hammerings as well. Playing a defensive game simply doesn't work in FM2021. To me it feels like a return to Wimbledon football in the late 80's and 90's where everyone played Long ball and chased after it, because that's what's effective in FM2021.

I must admit I do enjoy it though!

Ambition takes a big part of player development as well as Professionalism and Determination.

Hi, Yes I'm aware about the ambition stats, however if you set everything at 20 they develop too fast and the players get bought or taken out from under you. I prefer them to develop much more slowly as I quietly work my way up the leagues.
1 Ambition, 1 Adaptability, 10 Professionalism and a 15+ Determination stat seems to work best to stop you losing your best players.
