Any ideas how to change attribute numbers for bars

If anyone can help with this it would be most appreciated.
I’m wanting to try make FM21 harder and more lifelike. So I want to replace the numbering 1-20 for attributes into bars instead.
I have seen a skin that has it but I want to use that on Flut skin if at possible?

any advice, help or push in the right direction would be awesome.
