Good to see that Brníc would be leaving on the high of a treble, along with news about professional status. I think the definition of success is if you're leaving something in a better place than where you found it and that applies 1000 times with his reign at Monte Carlo. Looking forward to his next move!

Although we always knew it was going to happen soon, it's quite sad to see that message come up that you've left Monte Carlo! I think Igor has earned his break, and I'm equally sure that there will be a few clubs lining up for his signature come the right time to return to the touchline.

The potential new club have done well to do some extensive research into Brnic. It reflects well on them and on Igor to have the club hold such a wealth knowledge on his time in Macau and appreciate his efforts. He put himself across well and was refreshingly honest. I hope that in itself alongside his success in Macau is enough to earn him this job.

Quite the interesting move over to Fiji. I didn't expect them to have such a large squad! I'm very surprised to read they have over 41 contracts due to expire... that's pretty mad for a club that I can't imagine to have the largest of budgets. Perhaps I'm just underestimating the footballing scene over in Fiji. Either way, this gives Igor the perfect opportunity to decide who he wants to keep and who he is willing to let go. A blank canvas to work from almost as you say.

I expect nothing less than plenty of excitement from Igor's team(s). I think that was to be expected given his time in Macau. It seems to be a staple of his management - he isn't one to sit back and absorb pressure. He wants his team(s) on the front-foot, as explained in the interview. Looking forward to seeing how Nadi improve after a pretty average if not underwhelming season last year.

Well, that is the results that Igor was really not looking for upon taking the job. A huge clean up job is needed at Nadi before any success or building up is to be done here. I'm sure Igor is the man capable to do so, though!
