Training: Increasing Support Duties

Now and again I get a request from the assistant manager, like this:


"I would recommend that you look to increase our support duties to somewhere in the region of..."

I've looked but can't figure out how to do this. Could someone tell me please?

It’s means in your tactic. Players can have Defend/Support/Attack duties.

The more support duties, the more fluid the tactic (the the bottom left label on the tactic screen).
