I have noticed this before but not as "coincidental" as the last two seasons I have played, I am in 2037/2038 and this time around Spurs were the ones bidding me up for the dance to be champions, last season it was Liverpool.
In both seasons I lost points in 6 games, both my "prime competitors" lost points at the exact same dates, I think the chance of winning in the lottery is bigger.
It feels at times like the AI is just trying to keep up and making the league exciting, Spurs actually played like crap all season, I drew against them and in both games they didn´t even have a single shot on target, they just kept winning their games with a keeper performing far above average.
Maybe I am just grumpy because I lost the FA cup final to the same Spurs without them ever hitting the target, I had 18 on target and lost 0-1 to an own goal. <--- so I got mad and need to rant. (could be)
