I downloaded the scout via email after donating, but it can't run properly because of an error.

key file is not found
without a key file fm Genie Scout 21g will not be able to work properly

It works, but except for age, everything such as position and national ability is displayed in a mess.
How do I deal with it?

@binhair19: You didn't place the key file in the appropriate folder.
