FM21 - Genie Scout 21 v1.0 21.4 beta 18

Hello all,

I have this issue with Genie Scout when i try to load a game:



It appear when Genie is on "Converting Index..."

What i tried to do to fix the problem:

1- Try One:
- Close FM21 and Genie Scout
- Open GS as admin
- Open FM21
- Load a game with the option "load a game" (not "load recent game")
- Same issue

2- Try Two:
- Uninstall/reinstall GS on my desktop (latest version)
- Redo "Try One"
- Same issue

3- Try Three:
- Move FM21 saved game to desktop
- Redo "Try One"
- Same issue

4- Try Four:
- Create a new game
- Saving this new game
- Redo "Try One"
- No issue, GS is working well

So the problem is on my saved game... Is there a solution to fix this problem?

As far as i know, the problem could be memory leak in your system while Genie loads the data. Try again but with task manager open and check if your system goes out of memory while doing it

I checked that and there's no memory issue.

I reinstalled the old version of GS and tried but same problem.

I changed the folder of my saved game to my desktop and did a fresh "save" of my game but i have the same error message.

Genie Scout doesn't use save files to load the football manager's database, instead it reads data from memory while the game is running. your save is fine, there must be a issue with genie when trying to load the data. are u running a save since game full release or better.. beta save? because that must be a compatibility error

I'm playing on FM21 touch (the latest full release) and i use GS 21 v1.0 21.4 beta 17/18.
I don't know if i'm the only one who have this issue or not...
