I am currently playing with Manchester United and I am quite surprised by how good a couple of my players are performing. Bébé and Obertan have been great. It just got me thinking if anyone has had success with so called "squad players"
It's a matter that depends on many things.You have to keep the so called ''squad players'' in form when they're needed(maybe use them for the reserves when they're not in your plans for a match),keep them motivated(kind of make them think they can win a place in your first eleven if they have a good game).Sometimes it's difficult to pick a side between having ''ambitious squad players'' or ''experienced squad players'' or a mix of both.
