What do you do to find good young regens?

Whats your method?

Have a good set of scouts, send them to scout through regions and with the potential u are seeking. This is, in my opinion, the best away to scout the entire world. There is another method that i don't usually use it, get reports of sub-19 national teams.

i just send scouts region in every region possible and have them scout for potential i need

set age 14 to 17

sort by value remove if they interested

scout them and try to do a loan to but deal wif they look good

they might struggle at first but you mut preserve and nurture


set up extra training and suitable straits

only consider potential of 4 stars or more
