genis scout problem

Hello,
For 2 days I have a problem when I launch genis Scout which does not open I have this as a message.
fm genis scout 21 v1.0 21.4
list index out of bounds (6936856) then press ok and I will receive those new messages
access violation at address 009e40ac in module fm geniescout.exe read of address 00000078
Please tell me what to do because this is the first time it happens. I specify I have already desistaller several times and nothing happens.

I found this in the FAQs thread that might help:

If you get a loading error, try the following:

Run FMGenieScout.exe as administrator.
Make sure to have FM21 open and a game loaded there.

Make sure to have your game saved before trying to load it in GS21g.

Close FM and re-open it, then try load game again.
