Another Skin Problem . . .

When a skin has appeared on the drop down menu and a click for it to load it then goes on to

"changing skin loading data image blah blah blah"

i have a top end comp system therefore i'm struggling to work out why this is happening?

any help of sorts would be appriciated

what do you mean that the game gets stuck when u change skin?

it just freezes when its in the process of loading

Does it happen for a particular skin or for any skin?

just for 2 skins

the others just don't appear on the drop down menu!

That's odd they should all appear mate.

Just to make sure you're doing everything properly:

• load the game, and go into the preferences -> Display and Sound menu
• untick ‘Use Skin Cache’ and tick ‘Always Reload Skin On Confirm’ then select confirm and
• select the skin from the drop down menu, select confirm again and your new skin should now display. (Once the skin is loaded you can turn the skin cache back on and untick the Always Reload button.)

Sometimes a skin .zip/.rar doesn't only include the one folder you'd place to your skins folder but has more, and you should only place a particular folder there. Tell me a specific skin you want to try and we can go through it from the start.

It appears i have diagnosed the problem, I hadn't realised the new patch was needed. apologies for any inconvinence caused!

on a side note I'd just like to thankyou guys who actually came an helped as soon as, most other sites a lot of requests for help etc can get pushed to one side and ignored, so its good that you look after your members!

No worries mate, I had forgotten that part regarding most skins needing the 11.1 patch to work

This year is quite different for me, I actually have time to reply to everyone unlike previous seasons.
Preparing a dark skin for the site as we speak, should be available tomorrow as an option for members.
