Apologies if something similar has been asked already. I recently posted a similar post on other forums and was wondering if you guys had any tales.
Have you ever managed to develop a youth player (16 year old recruit) who had little to no potential into something of a success?
I rarely have success even with high potential youth players because i’m more into getting players on a free deal but am interested to see if anyone has managed to make something out of nothing
