KFC Diest: The 5-year Plan

This story begins with the FMTU of 2nd September. The manager of this story is Jos Boyen and the club starts at the4th division club from Belgium, who played in the 70's and 80's in the first division, the club is playing since in the lower divisions.

In 2018 the club was taken over by local businessmen and an former Belgian-international Bruno Versavel. In 2018, KFC Diest made a 5yr plan to go from the 6th division to the 3th division. Cause of covid, the leagues from 3rd til ... division weren't finished, for 2 years now, so the ambition to go to 3rd is delayed till 2025.

This year the club signed a lot of talents who didn't make it at the first and second division and some belgians in Poland. Ben Santermans is the most ambitious signing, the defender who played most of his career in the 2nd division is fully going for the project of Diest.
