Keep him or let him go?

In my Nieciecza save there is a player called Daniel Maka who had great season in which he has become top goalscorer with 21 goals in 28 games which I think is just brilliant. After this season there a teams who has intrest in him Colchaster and Ascoli and I think its likely they will put an offer for him. But on one hand I would love to keep him so he could continue to keep scoring for me but on other hand I would like to see him to play for better team.
What you think I should do?

If you keep him, he might well get upset he may request transfer so i think you won't see his last season's performance. At least you can keep him till he wants to move on and also offer him a better contract if you can =)

Ok firstly what is his contract length, wage and value?

His contract lenght is to expiry at 30.6.2015.
Wage is 2,100 quid.
Value is 250,000 quid

I decided to sell him to Burnley for 500,000 guid.
