My searches on the internet about reducing injuries have all lead to guides in the full version of the game, which is of course very different to Touch. My question is how to avoid my game being a medical centre simulator instead of a FM game.

I rotate out players with a high or very high Overall risk for matches but this sometimes leads me to playing a youth team/reserve 11. The injuries still keep coming. Losing my patience with this game.

My assistant manager is 15 on Fitness training and my Head Physio is 17 and a 4 star ability

2 weeks into the season and I have already these injuries

No response at all ? OK then I have a few questions then

Do you rotate players on the overall risk or on match load ?

And another laughable injury - I have just signed the bugger 2 hours earlier - out for 3 weeks

Players with low Injury Prone will receive light injuries, like two-three days off. Players with high injury prone will receive major ones, like weeks or months off.

Player injuries has to do with tactic as well.

Always ask for more physios and sport scientists.

I am rotate like this. 4-5 matches for first team players, then next match all the back-ups (full rotation).

You can't avoid injuries, only to have it at minimum. In Medical Center says "expected injuries" for the season. Let's say 50; if you are having more than 50 injuries during the season, then you are doing something wrong. If it's below 50, then you are ok.

I am playing FM Touch - only one Head Physio, 17 in physio. Asking for more is not possible in FM Touch, that is the whole point of the post. And I have tried many different tactics with differing intensities, every save turns into Hospital simulator. My thought is that I am doing something wrong with squad rotation ? I really do not have a clue - hence the name
