Player value confusion

I'm a little confused. Why is it that my club value of a player indicates a value and yet on all, and I do mean all, loaned out players does it indicate a $0 value?

Is this a bug that is being looked at?

There is no player value in FM22; it's transfer value. The mechanism has been changed, so spend a little time for the new learning curve.
