It's not a bug - He's old, it's perfectly natural for him to retire at that age. It probably won't happen IRL no, but it's not a bug, it's just how the game works.

Zlatan isn't normal neither is CR7. Both are at the age bracket (35+) where you normally retire and can no longer play at a high level.
Well there are special players. Like Zlatan, and they should put in a special skill for him and those players... Its not realistic... And also bale is to weak in the game, he is much better than what they made him. And his skills are dropping like water in a drain.
