From the GS icon on the top left, select "search by club/squad". Type in the club I am managing, select and nothing will open. Try this with any other club and it will open normally.

Wont work for the club I am managing but will for all other clubs
I note that this is still not working after the latest updates. It would be good to have the report at least acknowledged and whether it may be fixed at some time in the future.
