in game FM scout does not work

it doesn't work in any way. I tried to run as an administrator, as a regular user, download the game from the icon on the quick access toolbar or from the drop-down menu. I read the material on this link (https://www.fmscout.com/q-22574-InGame-Scout.html), it didn't help me. I'm launching the game from Epic, Windows 10.

Same here. I cannot see the ingame scout feature at all.

This problem has persisted for years.
I don't know why they don't remove this function from the program, I always make a donation in the hope that it will be working.
