CTD few seasons in (when clicking continue)

Hi, Im having a big issue, have a save going and Im a few seasons in. Everything has been fine.
But now as soon as I click on the continue button, the game instantly crashes. (I dont know if the date matters but Im currently at 7th of March 2024)
Loading the save works fine but as soon as I click Continue = instant CTD.

Anything I can do to solve this or should I consider the save corrupted?

Have you tried to holiday past that date?? Just a thought
