Why is this happening and eugene fixes it then it just happens when he sends out the next hot fix and it takes a while to fix so i cant use genie scout for 1/2 days

I am also struggling with this. Most players such as Moriba, Fati, Gravenberch show between 1-10% PoD. The highest I can see is 33% for any player under 21.
Yeah same and the bloke doesnt ever reply to emails. Doesnt even give updates about something i paid money for. like whats the issue? it took him days last time before he sent me a new link
I actually think it's accurate - Sports Interactive did a very large update to the way young players develop this year, so it's entirely possible it's actually 100% accurate.
And frankly, even if it isn't, if SI changed their formula, Eugene has to do maths to figure out the new stuff. And since he has a full time job, this is only a hobby, it's not a priority. So don't get your knickers in a twist.

Guys I have realized if you start a new save then the problem is no longer there. It seems to have only affected my save that I'm in my 10th year haha, hopefully it isnt a permanent issue

Hey, for sure the issue should be resolved by Eugene for saves in progress... currently im in 2029.

I was wrong tbh for some reason the problem isn't there at the start of the save but it happens later in the 1st season. Just doing an international save so I don't have to worry about PoD haha
