In my current save my team has finacial problem and I have problem with signing my players conctracts.
So anyone know how to solve financial problem?
In my profile in financial control I only have 10% so that's kinda bad.
how bad is it? i hate how hard it can be to sign new contracts/players/staff with teams that dont have much money.
what you can always do is try desperately to get rid of certain players in the reserve. ask the board maybe for some money, even though they often will say no. or try lowering some staffs wages by 100 or something.
I ask my board for more money and they grand it.
Before the asking my highest paiment was 350 pounds p/w and now 1,600.
And get rid of some stand-in old players with a big salary!
Also check you're 2nd squad, somethimes there are some players you already forgot about...
Yea I tring to soll players if I don't need them and if no one wants to buy them then I will releas them.
Pay attention that the 'fuck off' fee isn't to high
try to release some staff. you can have normal trainig with at least one coach, first team coach and assistant manager. yes try sell some expensive players and ask board for extra wages and transfer money...if you gain transfer money try use it for wages. some players try offer to other clubs either on loan and transfer...
I always get rid of the more senior players as they normally have the highest wages. I tend to sell them once they get to 30ish, you get most money for them and you free up a big chunk of your wage budget and you get to give youth a chance!
yes the youths can be extremly good prospects. but you must give them right guidence. tutorial and good youth coaches (at least 15 in working with youngster and great level of discipline and motivating) if you have good youth recruiment you get the more prospects :-) if havn't try ask board to upgrade facilities for network...

All you can do really is try n sell your best players before their contracts run out and they go anyway - sell sell sell or start looking for another job cos if your finaces are that bad you could get sacked - jump before you get fired perhps. In fm210 i got promtion only to be sacked cos of finances.
Well I am hoping that I will win Polish cup this season so that will give me some money and I sacked some players and my financial control jumpied into 15% so maybe it will be better.
i wish you good luck mate but i wouldn't go mad and offer all your players to clubs n that cos it may start you team on a spiral downwards etc.
Yeah I know I only sell players who dont have place in my squad.
As a lower league manager who frequently goes over my wage bill I almost always have to sell first team players I'd rather hang on to. Fortunately if you look well enough theres always some great players on free transfers at the end of the season.
Try signing young players who have the potential to play at a higher level, give them a fair number of games and then sell them at the end of the season, its a great way of making money.
