Changing the amount of subs in the Pre-Game editor

Does anyone know how to increase the number of subs used in the champions league? After the first season it goes back down to using 3 subs I would like to keep it at 5.

I have already tried: Rules > Add Nation Rules > Selected Nation "England" ticked Add Lower Divisions And Cups to Existing Structure > Convert to Advanced Rules and UEFA Champions League is not there as an option to change
