Director of Football useless

Hi guys,

First post for me, I don't know if it is a bug or if there is something I don't get but I have a very good director of football (no need to put his name I am in 2057...)



This man is buying all 20 years old players he is finding... all of them are exactly 20 years old and none of them are good!

Did anyone had the same experience? Director of football are broken in FM22???

DoF will buy players according to your av. CA in your team (senior & youth). Don't trust background staff for buying players. And don't look at star rating system.

DofF's are pretty useless, as are most staff actually. Buy your own players.

I know, but if there is actually a bug would be good to know.
A DoF that buy only 20 years old player that is weird...

My advice is similar with YAMS. Buy alone is far better than any staff despite having 20 in all attributes.
