What do you like/dislike about the latest installment of football manager?

Like
Player interaction and private chat - I’m very much liking this new feature and the extra things to discuss with players. I can also see how it can be improved to include more conversation options and responses.
Match preparation - It’s great to see how well adjusted your squad is to your formations and their mentality/passing style etc. Also like how you can focus on a certain area ie team blend and adjust how much work is put into match prep.
Individual training focus - This is a great idea! Many times I’ve had a speedy player who's jumping I want to improve but an aerobic schedule would also be focusing on his pace and acceleration which is already high! Now I can put him on a normal schedule with specific focus on jumping.
Board interaction - This was a much needed improvement. More conversational and many more things to discuss, and finally… no more board frustration at my persistent requests! It’s nice to have the potential to more influence how the club is run.
3D match animations - Player actions and movement look much more realistic. Love some of the celebrations.
Boardroom Overview screen - Liking how I can see how many staff I’m allowed on this screen instead of having to go into a contract offer.
Dynamic league rep - I was happy to hear this would be included in FM11, I haven’t seen how this works in game yet but I’m looking forward to testing it in a lower reputation league, perhaps Scotland or Belgium.
Contract negotiation - I like how much more flexible contracts are and that extended negotiations can go on in one interaction. I found that with some players I can offer half of what they demand and they’ll happily accept where as some will refuse to continue talks, Contract negotiation has become far more interesting.
Team-talks - I like having the ability to say “encourage” while leading by 2 goals at half-time.
Dislike
Custom views disappearing - I like to set up a default custom squad view that has all the important player information I want to see in one view. For some reason I set one up, have it selected, and it disappears within a week! This flaw was fixed in the 11.1.1 patch but now custom view names mess up and end up saying custom: custom: custom: custom; custom.
Tutoring - I’ve found this has become more difficult in FM11. There seems to be a bigger difference in reputation needed for player to be available or willing to be tutored. Perhaps it’s more realistic but I preferred it in FM10.
Scouting reports appearing in inbox - Scout reports in general are detailed enough without actually being able to see hidden attributes themselves, more specifically I would like to see an option where I can deselect scout reports from appearing in my manager inbox, sifting through numerous scout reports each day can get tiresome when I could just go to a scouts report list every other week and go through them in one go.
Crash Dumps - Personally I had more problems with FM10 but there’s still too many crashes with FM11 and I know some people have been having a lot of problems.
