hello peeps,
ive a really big problem i got fm2010 a few months ago and it was working fine on my laptop no problems what so ever....untill 1 day my lovely 7 yo boy dropped my laptop and it was knackerd hard drive was messed up so ended up getting a dell pc and now i cant get the bloody thing to even register that there's a disk in there it wont do anything can any1 help me
Your problem is you got a Dell... Just messin ;)

Have you checked computer to see if it registers on the disks drives?

Or maybe your disk is badly scratched or damaged?
Try to test your play-disc in another PC.
If it doesn't work in the other PC then it's probably a disc related issue and you should then contact sports interactive for a replacement disc, they will probably demand that you send back the old disc and any and all packaging that you have left.
(I'm not sure about their policies on this point)

If the disc works in other PC's but you can't get your Dell to recognize it, it's a problem with your laptop.
In that case - contact Dell...

You could check to see if your Dell recognizes BOTH other CD's and DVD's.
If it does, but doesn't recognize the FM disc, but other computers does, then I have no idea what could be wrong. Contact both Dell and Sports interactive.
Could perhaps be an idea to reinstall your device drivers.
EDIT: Disc drives have different fault tolerance profiles, and so one computer might be able to read a certain disc while another might not. Check if the disc is badly damaged.

If you just want FM11 for free I think this is the wrong place to ask.

EDIT2:
2 minute search on google and problem solved
