Can Plymouth Parkway make it to the Premiership?

Hi there I am new to this, so here it goes. I decided to give my self a challenge by getting a semi - pro club up to the Premiership. So its going well so far I have got 2 promotions, I am now in my 3rd season, and signed a new contract. I managed to sign a few good new players, my aim is to keep them young and train up. Its working a treat so far.

I am currently using this formation which is working quite well now, the only issue I am having at the moment is that, a few players are wanting to leave, properly because of the playing time they require.
