FM GENIE SCOUT 22G Unusable

Recently donated to upgrade FM Genie scout but they key file was never sent out, anyway else had this problem?

i have wait more than 1 hour too, and key file never sent to me both junk in hotmail and spam in gmail TT
where can i ask for help?

I have also not received my license key after 2 hours. This is the longest since donating for every version. Can someone from FM Scout please advise? Thanks
