Display Issue

Hi for some reason my game lacks some displays. For example when in the tactic screen the subs are not displayed along the side of the first team! on the attribute screen where you see a players preferred foot I've noticed I only have one column, so I have to use the drop down option to select the players bio or other options where I've seen people with both columns displayed at same time! and also in match on the touch pad i only have 2 options where I've seen people with 4? any one know why this is happening, feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
