fm 2020 cant organise friendly matches anymore during season

I work with a big squad and I like playing friendly matches to keep everyone fit (there is no 2nd team), but since just now the friendly matches I organise won't stick anymore. I can organise it and I get a message the other team has accepted but it isn't in my calender and I can do this over and over again but it won't stick. What can cause this?
