FM 2022 Jadon Sancho

Hello, first time ever posting about football manager. Currently finishing my 2nd season with Manchester United (2nd save). I've been using a Pep Guardiola tactic with great results so far, already won the PL 1st season, possibly winning it again second season and already booked a place to the Ch.L final.

While the tactic is working great, Rashford and Greenwood are absolute beasts at wings (IW att & IF att), I can't for the life of me make Jadon Sancho perform. He is by far the worst player on the roster. Can't play left, can't play right, underperforming as Inside forward, winger, inverted winger. Same thing happened to my earlier Utd save which i can't explain. My brother who is also managing Utd with a pcontrol possession preset tactic, is facing the same issue, Sancho being rubbish.

I have already decided to sell him this summer, though I definetely would like to see him succeed here at United. I ve been playing FM religiously since 2003 when it was still CM. For the life of me I never had any issue with a player like this before.

So this is why I am asking for your opinions, especially from people who might also managing United or having Sancho in their roster.

I'm playing with Man Utd too. I'm using 4-2-3-1 Wide Gegenpress an Jadon Sancho is fantastic on the right wing with IW.

I had similar issues with Sancho in my 1st season, with Rashford injured at the start of the season I had him play a mix of left wing (IF-S) and right wing (W-S) in a 4-2-3-1 tika taka custom. 2nd season he's flourishing playing solely as a right winger in my 4-2-3-1 gegenpress (changed style as I managed to get in the players to play this high pressing game). Still not back in the england squad and quite injury prone if I got a bid of 100m+ I would probably accept.
